Zipping good time!

Today we took advantage of the gift cards the kids got for Christmas and enjoyed some zip-lining!  It was a lot of fun!  We were a bit broken up going down the various zip lines but we got a great group photo to start!  

Olivier was the first one to go!  He is on the left zip line.

Anna was the next from our group to go and she is also on the left.

Then it was my turn with Mason!

And Matt was the last from our group to make the trip.

Super fun treat to kick off summer (and thankfully it wasn't a hot day!).  

Moving to high school!

This afternoon we celebrated the accomplishments of the 8th grade students, including these two!  Olivier and Mason were both recognized for a number of things, including their work in Spanish, honor band and athletics!  It was a nice little event!  I was excited that we could take the same photos we did of Anna when she completed the 8th grade!

Excited for their next adventure and super proud of all they have done!
 

Letter in Band! Last water polo tournament!

On Wednesday night the band had their final concert that is for the senior farewell.  During that, student who were eligible got their letters, including Anna!  Bummer side, they have run out so she just got a certificate for her letters.  Soon hopefully!

Yesterday we had a busy day with Anna riding, Mason at volleyball practice and Olivier's last water polo tournament.  Thankfully it all went smooth and we were all able to watch his final game.  They won their first game 13-2!  Olivier got a goal (although he says they shouldn't have counted it because he used two hands they did so we are too!)!  They won their second game 10-7!  Didn't get a lot of photos but did get this one when he was on defense!  

And this morning I went for a walk on the beach and enjoyed the foggy morning!

Celebrating!

Today we gathered to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary!  We had a nice lunch outside, had family photos taken (I will share when we get them!) and had lots of food and cake!  

We had a wonderful time and it was nice to spend the time together to celebrate all that has come to be over the last 50 years!

We also celebrated these three who are heading to high school!  Whoa!
