Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Olivier was having fun stomping around in Matt's shoes. Amazing how much louder things are now with the laminate floor, and they take full advantage of that!
Anna and Mason wanted to show off their green too!

Clap your hands!

Anna likes to do shows for us in the playroom. She uses her flashlight as her microphone and the boys have a great time watching her. Lately they want to put on the show though. We love how Olivier says "clap your hands" and every once in a while he would add the please on there too!

What are you doing?

Mason was enjoying watching Matt, and of course asking him way too many questions! I thought it was a cute photo!
Later in the evening Anna decided to put on her Cinderella costume and Mason discovered where we were hiding all the necklaces and bracelets. What do you think, does he look like Mr. T?
Lately we have been teaching the boys their full names and it is very cute to hear Mason talk about himself because he often says "Mason Raoul Arnold". Olivier says his name is "Olivier James" when you ask him what his name is, although it sounds like Olivier "Games".

Baseboards going in!

Mason was being silly but I had to share the photo because it shows the beautiful baseboards that Matt is working hard to get in! And they look amazing!

What a busy day! March 2nd was a busy day, but then again, what day isn't busy in our house!

Anna
It was time for her 4 year old checkup! We were excited to find out where she fell on the growth curve. She is 39 1/2 inches tall and 34.2 pounds, the 40% for both! They tested her vision and she was 20/40. Very normal for a 4 year old. Her hearing was at 100%. A very healthy, happy girl! She got one shot but was very brave and didn't cry. After her appointment, we surprised her and took her to get frozen yogurt. Yummy!

Olivier
He is making huge progress with potty training. We haven't been pushing it (and still aren't) but we were thrilled when he went poop in the potty for the first time on the 2nd and today he stayed dry all day expect the two times he pooped in his diaper. All pee was in the potty. Headed in the right direction. With Anna M & M's were her treat, and with Olivier, jelly beans are doing the trick!

Mason
He gave us a bit of a scare. In the evening after we all got home, Mason was rather fussy and we noticed that his right arm was rather limp. No signs of any bumps or bruises and he wasn't crying like he was in pain. He just did not want to use it at all. We debated what to do and decided that he was okay to go to bed since it really didn't seem to be bothering him. We did some research and it looks like he had Nursemaid's elbow. We were prepared to take him in the next morning but low and behold, he was fine in the morning. Whew! Something we will have to watch for in the future.

Welcome to the world Augustus!

Our nephew Augustus Reid arrived! He was born February 28, 2012 at 7:26 p.m. He was 9 lbs 9 oz and 21 inches! I can't wait to meet you!

Haircut day!

Today the boys got haircuts. We didn't realize how badly they needed them until after, and wow! They were well overdue! They look so much older now! Where did my baby boys go?

The kids were showing off their shaggy hair this morning. (The sound on our camera isn't work well for some reason, sorry about that!)

As we were leaving the house, Olivier was saying bye to just about everything we passed. It started with, "bye bye blue car, bye bye house, bye bye tree" and then went on to "bye bye car, bye bye another car, bye bye another car". And we heard "bye bye another car" numerous times as we drove away.

And here is the after! Olivier, Mason and Anna. Anna did not get a hair cut because she wants to grow her hair out like Rapunzel. Anyone know of a way to convince her otherwise? She is in need! Still has some of her baby hair!
