New Floor!!
We have a new floor! Yeah! It has been a long week clearing everything out and then getting everything back in but it looks amazing! Last Sunday was the clean out day, and here is what it looked like, not much left behind!
Our living room:
The playroom:
The laundry room (we put tile in here so it had to go down to the concrete.
"Anna's" bathroom:

And now for the finished product, our living room with the couch back in:
The hallway:
The play room:
Our bathroom (now with the new tile):
The laundry room and into Anna's bathroom:

It is an amazing change and we are thrilled. Still have baseboards to install and it will look even better. Ah, it is good to be home!

Update to New Beds!
Update to my earlier blog post (New Beds), the boys took a good nap and we had to go wake them up. This is how we found them. Here is Olivier:
And here is Mason:
After naps we headed outside. It was a chilly afternoon (I know some of you will laugh at that, it was 56 outside!). Mason wanted me to get a close up of his hand, I love his smile in the background!
Anna was all smiles on the slide!
Olivier saying cheese!
And Mason being a silly boy!
I realized today that it has been a long time since I have added a photo of this member of our family who will be turning seven in April! Love you Rufus!

What the kids have been up to!
It has been a while since I have given an update on how the kids are doing and what they are into, so here it is!
Anna
She is enjoying her school at Daddy's work (she started in November). She has been asking us to teach her how to read and is eager to learn. She loves going to gymnastics every Saturday and is thrilled that we let her wear a leotard now to go. We have been trying to teach her new things and she is starting to learn her colors in French. Her memory is amazing, she remembers things that happened more than a year ago that we haven't talked about since. She likes to ride her bike and does very well leading us around the block.
Olivier
He is full of energy. Even on a bad day we get exhausted just watching him go. There have been some ups and downs but things seem to be going better for him. When you ask him for a hug you get a hug, and another hug on the other side, and a kiss. I don't remember the last time I got just a hug! He continues to be our climber. He loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and banana. He has been asking a lot more questions lately. Why is a popular word! He loves to ride his tricycle and will basically go until you make him stop!
Mason
He knows his colors, a few shapes, a few letters, and can count to ten easily (he can go higher but then starts to get mixed up). He has been surprising us with how much he has been talking and we are happy to hear it since he was quiet for so long. He tends to be very particular about things, we have to do things certain ways and put things in certain places. He hasn't gotten the hang of pushing the pedals on his tricycle yet but will get there soon. He had a big growth spurt around the 1st of the year and I think he is trying to pass up Anna!
There is so much more but that gives you an idea of what they are up to!

New beds!
Today we moved the boys into big boy beds! It was a very busy morning getting their converted toddler beds out of their rooms and move their furniture around to make room. They were slow to quiet down at nap time but did fall asleep in their beds. We shall see how tonight goes!
