Quick trip to the park

I took the kids for a quick trip to the park before dinner.  It was sunny but cool.  Nice to get out before dinner since there is no homework (spring break) this week!  :-)

Easter Lunch!

We enjoyed lunch today with Matt's parents and younger brother.  Three six year old boys were happy with video games.  And Anna kept trying to get Corbyn to play with her.  Slowly she warmed up.  April got this cute photo of her and Matt. 

The kids enjoyed their treat from Grandpa.  And Grandma got a photo of 5/8 of her clan!  :-)  

Easter Morning!

The kids were excited to check out the goodies that the Easter Bunny left for them.  And no, they didn't get up super duper early, just their normal time, which is nice!  

Checking out the goodies in their buckets.  Olivier got a Star Wars lunch box, Anna got a horse activity book.

And Mason got a book on how to draw Pokemon characters.   Oh, and they all got pajamas.  :-)

 Once they had checked out the goodies in their buckets they went hunting for eggs.  A happy bunch!

Easter eve

We celebrated Easter with my parents and brother's family this afternoon.  The kids (ours) were tired but overall they had a lot of fun.  We took some photos while we were stalling so the eggs could be hidden.  :-)

They are a silly bunch!  Notice most of them are putting bunny ears on their own head!  

Then it was off for the hunt.  They did a great job hunting.  For the ones they had a hard time with we played hot and cold.  

No photos from our dinner or other activities!  :-)  We all slept well though after a fun time with family!  

Coloring Eggs

This afternoon the kids colored eggs for Easter.  It is safe to say they really don't fit at this little table anymore but it is a nice place to have them sit and I don't have to worry about a mess!  :-)  And this year it was a bit messier than in the past.  

By the end, each color was a nice shade of brown but the eggs turned out well!

Zootopia

Today we took the kids to see Zootopia!  Thanks to an old gift card, we decided to splurge and sit in the reclining seats and watch the movie in 3D.  :-)  Towards the end of the movie we were happy to have the extra room in our seats because the kids joined us (it does get a bit scary!).  Never the less, we had a good time!
